Motivational Maps®

Understand what drives you and your team

Motivation isn’t easy to pin down; even if you and your team are well-qualified and great at what you do, sometimes something just isn’t working. Using Motivational Maps is a means of putting tangible data on an intangible concept, so that you can figure out exactly what’s not working and start putting strategies in place to optimise your performance.

Motivational Maps Structure

Motivational Mapping is an ISO-accredited self-perception assessment process. Using an online questionnaire, it identifies what motivates you across nine key factors, spanning the personal and the professional. We’ll then sit down together to look at the findings and discuss how you can better meet your motivators to make you happier, both at work and in your life as a whole.

Motivational Maps for Individuals

Motivational Maps® can help you to identify what motivates you, and how each motivating factor, or driver, can be fulfilled. Once we’ve mapped out your drivers, I’ll help you to put together strategies and an action plan to increase and maximise your motivation that will be realistic and improve your performance. Your Map will help you to develop the ability to make more informed life, business and career decisions, as well as to improve soft skills, like leadership or communication.

Motivational Maps for Teams

Businesses and organisations can find huge benefits through Motivational Maps® for teams. These provide detailed insight into team dynamics and the ways in which they feed into productivity and performance. Maps can enhance your leadership and enable you to build a more cohesive team, with better communication between its members and a framework for building a more cohesive team ethos. I can also help you to develop more meaningful reward strategies and trajectories for professional development, in order to increase engagement.
